Vanika Jethwa Nutrition LLC provides ongoing dietitian services to licensed adult day health programs, assisted living residences, and residential care facilities across Massachusetts. Every engagement is built around your regulatory cycle: semi-annual on-site visits, signed menu documentation, and an inspection binder your reviewer can open and read.

Two subscription tiers. Both meet the regulatory floor. The upgrade adds hands-on menu development and ongoing food-program support.

Tier 1

Compliance Essentials

Everything a licensed MA facility needs to satisfy dietitian requirements under 105 CMR 158.038, 651 CMR 12.00, and 105 CMR 150.009.

Included:

  • Two on-site visits per year (six-month cadence), each satisfying the 4-hour on-site regulatory minimum
  • RD signature on all facility menus, with semi-annual review and sign-off
  • Semi-annual dietary plan review documented for inspection
  • Inspection binder refreshed at every visit, including regulatory citations, RD credentials, signed menus, visit records, and hour tracker
  • CACFP documentation packet included for participating programs
  • Email support between visits for menu, protocol, and regulatory questions

Best for: single-site operators who want compliance covered and documentation an inspector can pick up and read.

Tier 2

Compliance Partner

Everything in Compliance Essentials, plus active food-program partnership between visits.

Included (everything in Essentials, plus):

  • Menu-building support: collaboration on new cycles, seasonal rotations, and resident-preference adjustments
  • RDN advisory kitchen walkthrough during each site visit, with observation-based feedback on food handling, service, and dining experience
  • Menu troubleshooting between visits: resident feedback, census and supply changes, specific dietary needs as they arise
  • Priority email response window

Best for: operators whose food program is a differentiator, not just a compliance item, and who want a dietitian embedded in the day-to-day.
