Vanika Jethwa, RDN, LDN. Boston-based, Massachusetts-licensed.

I earned my Registered Dietitian credential in 2018 and spent my early career in clinical nutrition before moving into facility consulting in 2019. Since then I have worked with adult day health programs, assisted living residences, and residential care facilities across the state on their menu, dietary plan, and regulatory documentation needs.

My practice exists because facilities kept telling me the same thing: most need only a few hours of RD time each quarter to meet state requirements, but the RDs they could find either charged for full-time overhead, could not fit the visit cadence, or did not understand the specific regulations that apply to adult day and residential care. This is the gap my practice is built to close.
